Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the rights specifically agreed for the completed final deliverables.
Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Unless a confidentiality agreement or written restriction applies, Quantiva Designs may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
If you require a project to remain confidential, please communicate this before work begins.
Clients must have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use any images, logos, text, trademarks, fonts, or other materials supplied to Quantiva Designs.
The client is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of client-provided materials.
Clients may not use our services to create content that violates applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or facilitates unlawful activity.
